Please note that our manufacturing process takes 15 working days, plus additional time for delivery. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your Fastway tracking number.

For any issues or delays with your delivery, please contact us so we can assist you in following up with the courier. Stock items on our website will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. Please email sales@cheynadot.co.za for assistance with returns or exchanges. If the size you selected doesn’t fit, you can return the item to us using a courier of your choice at your expense. Once we receive the item in good condition and unused, we will send a replacement to you at no extra cost.
